**The Role**:
This Accounts Payable role has been created to support the business as they continue to expand. The role will be responsible for:

- Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Sort, code, and match invoices
- Set invoices up for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into the system
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

**Your Background**:
You will be degree qualified with excellent communication skills. A great attitude & willingness to learn is key.

Please note, you will need a suitable visa to be able to work full-time in Australia in a permanent role.
