**About Us**
We are a family-owned wholesale nursery based in Werribee South, and we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and reliable **Driver, Plant Merchandiser, and Nursery Hand** to join our growing team. This diverse role involves ensuring our high-quality vegetable seedlings reach retailers and customers in excellent condition, maintaining attractive plant displays at retail locations, and assisting with nursery operations. If you’re organised, customer-focused, and enjoy a mix of driving, merchandising, and nursery work, we’d love to hear from you. The position requires availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Valid driver’s licence and own transportation
- Forklift licence required
- Experience in driving larger vehicles and safely transporting delicate cargo
- A truck licence is a huge bonus
- Knowledge of plant care, specifically handling, loading, and unloading live plants
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing deliveries and stock levels
- Ability to liaise with retailers to ensure effective stock presentation
- Previous experience in merchandising, nursery work, or seedling propagation is advantageous but not essential
- Physically fit to manage the manual handling of plants and products

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Safely transport and deliver plant orders to various retail locations
- Unload, set up, and merchandise plants to maintain visually appealing displays
- Monitor plant health and stock levels at each location, rotating and replacing stock as necessary
- Assist with nursery operations, including handling seedling propagation, feeding, and disease control
- Support with dispatch and loading of orders at the nursery as required
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete
- Work independently while representing the business with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Occasional weekend work during peak seasons
