The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support enabling EML to pro-actively manage Workers’ Compensation claims effectively within the legislation, and achieve compliance with the Performance Measures.

This will be a **full time** **12-month max term contract **position based in the **Melbourne CBD **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure compensation recoveries are followed up with the Case manager to achieve the best resolution.
- Manage suspense and error accounts where payments are received (allocating funds accordingly) and assistance with the Under Excess program
- Process erroneous payments processes and support across the other finance functions, as well as assisting the TL
- Ensure Under excess invoices are entered accurately and reviewed before payment approval.
- Ensure under excess invoices are returned to employer unless buyout or under excess arrangement applies
- Analyse the data to identify the correct claim to complete data entry
- Analyse information currently in the claims system to identify whether the account is a duplicate

**ABOUT YOU**
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation and regulations
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate
- Previous experience in worker’s compensation insurance would be advantageous
