Finance Officer - Permanent Job - Melbourne CBD location - Fulltime

Based in a modern office in Melbourne CBD, this is an opportunity to join a reputable organisation in both Australia and New Zealand. On the back of a successful few years, they are growing and looking to expand their Finance team.

**Your new role**
Broaden your horizons and impact in this Finance Officer role by actioning and overseeing end-to-end AP functions. Reporting to the Finance Manager and Corporate Accountant, you’ll enjoy working alongside a collaborative team of 9. Your key duties will be:

- End to end Accounts Payable; Entering supplier invoices and payments into the accounting system, prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, reconciliations of creditor accounts and supplier statements, amongst other duties
- Assist with the Accounts Receivable function; preparation of customer invoices and statements, daily receipting and allocation of payments, amongst other duties

**What you'll need to succeed**
You’ll be systems orientated as well as:

- Have experience with high volume AP
- Great time-management and problem-solving skills
- Team player, with a can-do positive attitude
- Experience working with Greentree (Desired)
