**Join Dundee Adventure Travel in transforming international student travel experiences** We're currently seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of **Travel Experience Coordinator for International Students** in a hybrid position on a casual basis.

As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you'll assist international students in crafting personalised itineraries for their journeys. You'll enjoy flexible hours, with up to 20 hours a week at the school during the winter months, Monday to Friday, and potentially up to 35 hours a week during the summer months. Your primary focus will be supporting students in planning their trips and being available whenever they need assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist international students in planning personalised travel itineraries
- Develop and organise weekend activities, group excursions, afternoon tours, and various travel activities for the students
- Offer support and guidance throughout their travel planning process
- Collaborate with industry experts to curate immersive travel experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for students
- Utilise the wholesale system for bookings and reservations

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience with a proven sales track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with wholesale systems is highly desirable but not necessary
- Travel experience across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, or Fiji is advantageous
- Proficiency in a second language (Japanese, German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus
- Must have the right to work in Australia (sponsorship can be considered for the right person)
