Lead a team of highly skilled Network Engineers in a mainly Cisco environment. This is a technical, hands-on leadership role.

**The Role**

Lead a team of highly skilled Network Engineers in a hands-on leadership capacity, with both networking and a large footprint of voice components.

You will ensure the team is managing all BAU activities through to completion, whilst also leading and delivering projects.

The estimate is that this position would be roughly 60% leadership and 40% hands-on technical work - this may flex over time.

**Your Profile**

You will either be a Senior Network Engineer looking to step up into a leadership position or have prior experience in a leadership or management capacity.

From a technical perspective, you will have experience in the following:

- Software defined networking
- Cisco switching and routing
- Firewalls
- Wireless technologies
- Voice technologies.

Ideally you will also have experience operating in cloud environment.
