What your typical day will look like:
As the Organisational Development Lead for ANZ you will be accountable for the end to end design and implementation of the organizational development strategy in alignment with our mission of attracting, retaining, and growing the talent required for today and tomorrow's dentsu ANZ business. This includes adapting global programs to meet local market needs, executing bespoke initiatives, and ensuring a seamless talent lifecycle.
Core responsibilities include:
- Talent strategy development and implementation: Lead and support the development and implementation of talent policies, programs, standards, and performance management cycle.
- Learning and Development: Develop and manage learning experience, deliver targeted capability plans, and ensure succession plans for critical roles.
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Embed a positive employee experience, enhance attraction and retention efforts, and lead yearly employee engagement surveys.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Represent ANZ in talent development forums, optimize team structure, gather external intelligence, ensure data quality, and manage 3rd party partnerships.
A bit about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Min 8 to 10 years of experience in talent development, leadership development and organizational design.
- Certifications in coaching, project management or change management would be beneficial Advanced talent and change management expertise.
- Strong coaching and training delivery skills, excellent project management capabilities with effective communication and stakeholder management skills, innovative problem-solving and advanced employee engagement understanding.
