Exciting Collections Manager Job, in the Sydney CBD to build and implement your process, policy and team

**Your new company**
Join a new and growing Company who are set to become a Market Leader within the Non-Bank Residential Lending space. With a new product and way of working the are seeking a Collections Manager to join their team and help build out a new team within Residential Lending. 2021 will be exciting year of growth and opportunity for them, so they are looking for someone who wants to come in a make a difference.

**Your new role**
Working as a Collections Manager you will be;
- Developing and building out the collection policies, procedures and liaising with the Credit Manager to ensure all risk requirements are met
- Implementing policies and procedures to your existing team, whilst growing your department and leading the existing team members
- Assisting with complex cases within the collection portfolio and advising your team on how to think outside of the box
- Leading and coaching on collections, hardships, retentions and processing
- Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects, including presenting figures at board meetings once a month.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Previous experience as a Collections Leader/Manager (hardships and retentions experience is also considered)
- Exposure to residential lending and an excellent understanding of the processes involved
- Experience in creating and implementing new policies/processes
- People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
- An innovative and go-getter approach
