As a Talent Partner at Vocus, you will have the opportunity to be a strategic, pro-active recruiter who is a can think creatively be part of a ambitions Talent Team who go the extra mile. You will be an organised and fast paced operator who is focused on quality over quantity and can partner with the business and build relationships across a range of stakeholders.

**A snapshot of the role**
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop and implement effective and unique sourcing strategies.
- Drafting creative job ads that target talent using different and unique methods to attract top notch talent.
- Contribute to the overall Talent strategy and work with the Head of Talent on key strategic programs including employer branding and early career talent campaigns.
