**Tutors (All Subjects)**

**About Us**:
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in your area of expertise.
- Assess the learning needs of each student and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring methods as needed.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love of learning.
- Assist with homework, exam preparation, and other academic tasks.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the student’s progress.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and academic levels.
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexibility with scheduling to meet student needs.
