What You Will Do

- Teach – You’ll deliver clear, structured VCE English lessons (mainstream, Language, or Literature) that build conceptual understanding and essay technique.
- Coach – Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
- Mentor – Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
- Connect – Build genuine connections with students. You're relatable, making it easy to relate and inspire.

What You Will Bring

- 99+ ATAR with 45+ raw study score in English (or equivalent subject mastery)
- First-year university level knowledge or above in English, Arts, or related Humanities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset
- A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours of weekly commitment
- Alignment with Contour’s mission, (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required)
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
