• Teach – You'll deliver clear, structured VCE English lessons (mainstream, Language, or Literature) that build conceptual understanding and essay technique.
• Coach – Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
• Mentor – Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
• Connect – Build genuine connections with students. You're relatable, making it easy to relate and inspire.

• 99+ ATAR with 45+ raw study score in English (or equivalent subject mastery)
• First-year university level knowledge or above in English, Arts, or related Humanities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset
• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours of weekly commitment
• Alignment with Contour's mission, (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required)
