**The what**:
We're embarking on a journey to revolutionise our business, and we're looking for someone with a hunger for bringing our vision to life. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our well known and loved Loaf brands and ensuring effective leadership and collaboration of cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives.

You're a passionate marketing specialist who wants to make a real impact to the P&L. You see challenges as opportunities and seek ways to do things differently. An outstanding communicator, your open, curious and collaborative nature inspires others to drive towards delivering your vision.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Be the brand expert with deep appetite for data and insights that impact on portfolio and brand performance and management across the Retail and Foodservice channels,
- Develop and Implement of the 3Year and annual strategic plan - to drive portfolio and brand growth & health, end user and purchaser preference across the Retail and Foodservice channels
- Own the Masterbrand and roll up of brand and portfolio plans across the Masterbrand
- Lead brand optimisation to drive incremental profit
- Drive the development of innovation plans for the brands, and associated strategies

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- 9+ years brand management experience
- Demonstrated FMCG experience
- Leadership of complex x-functional projects
- Degree qualified in Marketing or Business
- Experience in brand equity and shopper campaigns
- Experience in developing category strategy and building category reviews
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- An entrepreneurial spirit - You challenge the status quo and embrace challenges
- Strong leadership qualities - you take your team on the journey
