Working as the 'right hand' of the Capital Sales, Global Product, and Project Management teams, the 'Lead - Proposal and Execution', is responsible for all technical and commercial internal processes and communication from during proposal development, through to contract execution and following into early execution phases in the project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve precontract workflow accuracy, and efficiency.
- Reduce 'pre-contract losses' during execution.
- ensure seamless transition and continuity from precontract to execution phases.
- Improve quality of proposal documentation prepared for the client for major and minor project work
- Ensure governance and compliance processes are followed.
- Work with the Sales, and Product teams to ensure the team's delivery on pre contract phase requirements for small, single product to large multi-product projects.
- Ensures accuracy of proposal documentation, including; Compliance to scope and specifications, management of technical commercial departures and risk, internal governance processes and compliance.
- Works with project manager to ensure that technical requirements of the project are met in engineering design and the creation of deliverables in line with the contract.
- Working with the sales team, interfaces with the customer to address and collaborate on all project technical matters pre contract, and in design.
- Works with the project manager to ensure seamless transition from precontract phase into execution, including review of early execution phase deliverables.
- Ensures the quality of engineering deliverables and documentation is acceptable to all stakeholders.
- Collaborates and communicates with other operational groups, including but not limited to Sales, Project Management, Product management, Procurement and Quality
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.

What you bring:

- Strong familiarity with Mineral Processing OEM technology
- A background in project management or project engineering desirable
- Working knowledge of engineering standards and site, company and industry specifications
