Reporting to the GM Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible to drive revenue opportunities through delivery of a core offerings as well transformation offers across the Hanson Group. We are looking for a senior team member with the ability to facilitate and co-ordinate the progress of the commercial roadmaps for Sustainability, Digital & other identified services/solutions.
It is an integral role to link the various functions across the Hanson Group to drive transparency, visibility and differentiate it in the market.

Key Accountabilities

Drive and execute the commercial sustainability, digital & other multiyear roadmaps
Own & execute the offer development & transformation commercial process
Engage various stakeholders to collaborate on developing our offers - market opportunities for new offerings
In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team using insights to identify objectives, value and strategy for our overall existing and future offerings
Drive initiatives to deliver financial and market share opportunities
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive customer experience improvements
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop segment specific value proposition to drive and deliver profitable growth.
In collaboration with the Sales &Marketing team, identify a go to market strategy by identifying value proposition, customer problem being solved and pricing strategy
In collaboration the Sales & Marketing team, develop our offer training (features, benefits and technical specifications) to feed into sales training.
Support supplier relationships and inputs into supplier evaluation.
Project Manage the roll out of new offerings in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing, technical, IT and sales teams.
Forecast and track product and service market penetration as well as ensuring product portfolio is still relevant
Manage all product trademarks

What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or equivalent
10 years product marketing experience; commercial product development experience
5 years digital and digital experience
Construction experience preferred, but not essential.
Change / Transformation experience
Change Management Leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience on the use of insights to shape a commercial strategy and to solve a customer’s problem
