**How will I Help?**
The Corporate Reporting & Analytics (CR&A) function within Corporate Services provides a range of reporting services that fulfil external regulatory reporting obligations, internal reporting, and analytics for the Group. As the Head of Architecture & Solution Governance, you are responsible for driving architectural coherence across multiple delivery workstreams, and ensuring the relevant technical strategies, policies, standard and practices are applied correctly across the relevant projects and foundational data products. This will involve engagement and connectivity across the Group and the successful influencing, challenging, and partnering for delivery of multiple projects which will contribute to the Enterprise program.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Drive architectural consistency, in line with the Enterprise technical strategy, across the multiple projects to deliver APRA’s roadmap for a transition from aggregated returns toward granular data collection. A key by product of achieving the above will be to enhance transparency and simplify the gathering of insights across the Group.
- Support the Enterprise direction and data roadmap to make sure the outcomes will lead to a successful outcome to deliver the APRA Data Capability roadmap.
- Represent CR&A and Regulatory Reporting at forums including TAC and Data Products Governance Forum, as well as Divisional/LOB forums to influence the organisation in the execution of strategic data roadmap.
- Lead analysis to Identify architectural or issues/risks and ensure appropriate options are appraised resolve challenges.
- Ensure the delivery of milestones on time and on budget. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and escalate issued for appropriate resolution with project sponsors and senior management.
- Work collaboratively with Transformation Teams, Data platforms, GroupTech, Enterprise and LOBs to foster a culture of learning with a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
- Train, coach and mentor Project Team leads and those responsible for “run” teams to deliver.

**What do I need?**
Skills and Experience
- Role model with an extended track record in successfully leading and delivering large and complex technical programs
- Experience in driving data transformational changes
- Strong ability to deliver complex data infrastructure and new technology
- Proven delivery of multiple programs of high complexity, equivalent to overall spend of $50M+
- 5+ years at Enterprise or Solution Architecture or equivalent level
- 10+ years working in a large and complex organisations
- Extensive experience with scaled agile delivery
- Expert stakeholder management skills, ability to negotiate and drive outcomes
