**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Contract Office at Orchard Hills, NSW. You will be responsible for processing daily operations and inventory control functions that are critical in the service delivery aspects of the contract.

You focus on the day-to-day challenges of the business and will respond to inventory issues to manage customer service levels and support agreements.

This role is exciting, challenging and rewarding; no two days will be the same You will need a positive attitude, be an active listener and good communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet. In turn, we will provide you with the training and support needed to succeed.
- Ensuring the accurate operation of the inventory stock management system
- Perform Customer Service Officer functions to support Depot operations, including liaising with customers
- Utilise Business Systems to ensure efficiency and simplicity for extraction of records and business data for analysis
- Provide timely solutions and contribute positively to customer satisfaction and organisational image
- Building & maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
- Demonstrating a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety

**How About You?**
- A Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience operating a database program
- High level of interpersonal, organisation and communication skills teamed with good attention to detail
