**About the role**

As part of our newly created Transformation Group, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Practitioner. Reporting to the Manager People Transformation, you will provide support and partner with business leaders and managers to implement people transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the People & Capability team to design the people transformation initiatives and enable delivery.

This hands on, fast paced role will see you working on various projects organisational wide and provide you with the opportunity to utilise your knowledge off large scale people transformation programs. You will provide expertise to stakeholders and enable continuous improvement and change. You will coach and support stakeholders within the business along the transformation journey to ensure the right outcomes are achieved.

**Key skills & experience**
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Substantial experience coaching, supporting and advising leaders on a range of HR matters, to achieve improvement in employee experience and business outcomes.
- Considerable experience in working on enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Proven experience in partnering with stakeholders in an advisory and coaching capacity.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and influence at all levels of the organisation.
