**About the role**:
- As part of Water Corporations Transformation Group, we currently have a 12 month fixed term opportunity that has arisen due to parental leave. Reporting to the Manager People Transformation, you will provide support and partner with business leaders and managers to implement people transformation initiatives.
**What the role will offer**:
- Opportunity to be part of Water Corporations Transformation initiatives, providing people transformation advisory to priority projects to shape how we deliver water services across WA.
Working in the heart of Perth’s best cosmopolitan hub, our Leederville office is only a skip, hop and a jump from the Leederville train station.
- In this role, you can make time for what is important with our great flexible work arrangements allowing for working from home and flexible start and finish times based around project requirements flexible start and finish times.

**Key skills and experience**:
- There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
- Substantial experience in coaching, supporting and advising leaders/stakeholders on a range of matters to achieve improvement in employee experience and business outcomes
- Consulting skills in structured problem solving and group facilitation skills are advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to utilising PowerPoint to express recommendations.
- Knowledge of organisational change management, organisational design and project management methodologies
- Experience working on enterprise-wide transformation projects
