**About the role**:
As part of our newly formed Transformation team, we are looking for an experienced strategic HR professional to influence and shape people transformative initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Head of People & Transformation, this role will help drive the people transformation improvement program for the organisation with a focus on developing the leadership capability and culture to ensure it aligns with the Target Operating Model.

You will enjoy partnering with leaders across the business on high value projects, to enable to delivery of the wider transformation portfolio. Collaborating with the business you will own the planning and design of People Transformation Initiatives collaborating closely with our internal People and Capability function.

Creating a positive impact through proactive consulting, presenting analysis and providing recommendations which are commercially advantageous. This collaborative role will focus on building relationships, influencing and bring people along on a journey of change.

You’ll join an experienced team that’s changing the way it delivers for its customers. Ultimately, building on strengths, continuously improving, and delivering a better way of working for everyone

**About you**:
You’re an experienced Strategic HR Practitioner with strong project management skills, ideally having experience working within transformation.at heart. Your proven experience with delivering people & culture transformation initiatives will ensure your team delivers against business objectives and plans.

Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively influence change at various levels of management will be key to success in this role. Agile and adaptable with a hands on approach, you will ensure the timely delivery of initiatives, and contribute to the strategic development of programs to build capability and enable behavioural and culture change.

You will have knowledge of contemporary HR best practise and thought leadership with the ability to resolve complex business problems and issues to achieve effective outcomes. Ideally, you’ll have a degree-level qualification in Human Resources and/or related discipline, together with relevant experience.
