About Us:

Our bar is a vibrant, social space known for its expertly crafted cocktails, extensive wine selection, and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and continue delivering exceptional service to our guests.

**Job Description**:
As Bar Supervisor at The Coppersmith Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high standards are maintained. You will lead by example, managing the bar staff, supporting their development, and ensuring customers receive top-quality beverages and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
- Lead and motivate the bar team, providing training and support to ensure excellent service.
- Manage the bar’s inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Create and maintain a high standard of cocktails and beverage presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, staff management, and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to the development of the bar’s drink menu and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in a fast-paced, high-quality venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A passion for creating and delivering outstanding beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests.
- Good understanding of bar operations, stock control, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
