**Regional Manager Client Service**

**About the Role**
The Regional Manager Client Service. is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) targets whilst ensuring the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions for their selected region in Victoria. This position will directly report to the State Manager Client Service.

**Skills and Experience**- Proven experience in a Sales[and/or] Customer Service position, particularly aged care
- Previous experience in a management/leadership position
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislation
- A broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder community
- Ability to manage, coach, mentor and motivate your sales team.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans
- Sound communication, and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check clearance
- Current Drivers Licence
