**What you'll do
- You’ll enhance our customer offering and give customers automatic solutions, leading to less manual intervention and automated integrated solutions, increasing profitability.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and commercial customers to analyse and provide input for customer integrations.
- Design and implement new partner setups, ensuring technical solutions meet customer requirements, and maintaining EDI process and customer integration documentation.
- Troubleshooti EDI processes and supporting the planning and delivery of project and training documentation. Work with Vendors, Third Party companies and commercial teams on new offerings

**What you'll bring
- You’ll bring exceptional problem-solving abilities, able to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills able to influence and convey ideas effectively and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain technology solutions, ideally with 4-5 years’ experience in IT/Development
