We have now entered the New South Wales market and need a new manager to help us lead our new facility. **About the Role**

It is going to take a special breed of Facility Manager to join us. You need to be innovative in your thinking and have impeccable attention to detail to ensure that no stone is left unturned in the successful running of this wonderful home for our residents. It’s time for you to join a new generation of aged care. You need to be passionate about aged care and have a leadership style that engenders team collaboration, the highest level of customer service, new thinking and new ways of working.

In fulfilling the role, it is important that you have:

- A deep empathy and genuine care for aged care residents.
- Skills and experience in understanding all the dynamics in a residential aged care setting.
- Demonstrated experience with aged care accreditation standards, aged care legislation and a strong working knowledge of aged care funding.
- An influential leadership style focused on the provision of clinical care and customer service to residents, and the management of staff.
- Business development and networking experience to ensure that the occupancy and admissions strategy and KPIs can be achieved.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes and achieve cultural change.
- Budgeting and financial management acumen.
- Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new business/facility;
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;
- You are solution focused and think innovatively to achieve the highest level of staff engagement, resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one).
- An immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine.
