**The Role**
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced BI Manager to join a dedicated and experience FP&A team. Working closely with the executive and senior leadership team, this role is designed to lead, drive, improve, and innovate BI solutions around Data Warehouse, Power BI, Planning & Analytics, linking short term deliverables to long-term strategic business objectives. This includes:
- Partnering with various managerial stakeholders to gather analytics and convert the data into insightful business reports and visually appealing dashboards
- Effectively manage multiple projects at any given time and proactively develop initiatives to automate new tools and techniques
- Driving the strategy and engaging the appropriate stakeholders to achieving the key O’Brien objectives in these areas

In conjunction we are needing some with:
- Degree Qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Similar
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a BI role
- Must have Strong PowerBI Skills
- Must have experience in Google Analytics & tracking of online campaign performance
- Extensive experience in data warehouse development preferred but not required
- TM1 preferred but not required
- Snowflake and Informatica experience is preferred but not required
