About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Product and Service Team Leader to join our team at the Minto site.
You will be responsible to lead a team of P&S Consultants who serve as the first point of contact and represent the CSR brand to non-account callers. Focus on delivering quality customer interactions and reinforcing caller confidence in our services. The Team Leader ensures efficient operations, meets KPIs, supports team development, and provides hands-on assistance. Additionally, the Team Leader must handle calls when necessary, managing both P&S and Energy roles. In this role you will:

- Support and Development

- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Mailbox and Issue Management
- Goal Tracking

What you bring to the role
- Quick learner with a strong aptitude for learning
- Highly desirable to understand the building process, with experience in a similar role providing excellent customer service (construction or trade experience preferred)
- Proficient in both inbound and outbound call handling, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and experience in leading and managing a team is highly desirable
