Production Worker

**About the Work**:
You'll be part of a fast-paced production environment where all team members are trained across multiple areas. From ingredient prep and batching to machine operation, packaging, cleaning, and lifting — every person is hands-on and plays a key role in getting high-quality product out the door.

You’ll be:

- Handling ingredients like flour, oats, protein, and more
- Accurately weighing and measuring using scales (grams, kilograms, etc.)
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Working on your feet with occasional heavy lifting
- Operating in varying temperatures — from cool rooms to ovens
- Looking for ways to improve efficiency and take ownership of your time

**Shift Work Details**:
Shifts are rostered between **6:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight)**, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential, and occasional weekend work may be offered based on operational needs.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with numbers and confident using basic measurement tools
- Physically fit and ready for a hands-on role
- Adaptable, efficient, and proactive
- A team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
- Reliable and committed to consistent attendance

**Additional Info**:

- **Supplementary Pay**: Overtime pay, Penalty rates
- **Experience**: Manufacturing/Labourer - 1 year (preferred, but not required)
- **Work Authorisation**: Must have the right to work in Australia
- **Commute**: Must be able to travel to Minto, NSW 2566

Pay: $29.33 - $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

- Minto NSW 2566: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
