Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is a luxurious five-star hotel offering 296 beautifully appointed hotel rooms and suites, multiple dining outlets and 10 unique conference and event spaces.
**Job Description** The Role**

Reporting and working alongside the _Director of Sales & Marketing, _you will assist in curating innovative and tailored experiences for our guests. This highly rewarding, sought-after role offers the opportunity to work with the Sofitel brand and fellow guest obsessed colleagues.

**What does your ‘day to day” look like?**
- Drive social media channel growth and engagement through the planning and development of compelling and varied content.
- Instilling the Sofitel Brand Standards & Service Culture.
- Coordinate and execute meaningful marketing campaigns.
- Development of EDM's, creative content for outlet promotions, print advertisements, promotion specific hotel collateral, directory listings for all market segments that comply with brand standards
- Management of advertisements, sales presentations and initiatives for Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach.
- Design and deliver a diverse and detailed Marketing and Communications Plan.
- Update and optimise all online listings
- Generate reports on the return of investment of all marketing activities and to conduct analysis of information to use for future online/marketing strategies,

**Qualifications** To be Successful**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Business or Equivalent
- 1-3 Years marketing experience in a hospitality environment
- META, GMB, community engagement & content generation experience
- Creative flair and outside-the-box thinking
- Experience managing external agencies and briefing creative teams
- Experience leveraging customer insights to formulate an effective marketing and communications plan
- ‘In the know’ of the latest trends in the industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
