We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Sales Team.

**Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Attend to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate advice and information on request
- Provide customer-specific quotes and estimates as required
- Maintain accurate records as per company requirements
- Attend to customer follow-ups and update CRM
- Meet monthly Rural Sales Department targets as assigned

- Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
- Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
- Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- EPPING, VIC 3076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- phone sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
