We are currently seeking a Sales Order Coordinator to join a growing family-owned and operated business that specialises in providing automotive parts to mining fleet vehicles. The role is based in Canning Vale and offers a highly enjoyable work environment with comprehensive product and system training. While previous customer service experience is advantageous, it is not essential.

The Sales Order Coordinator will primarily focus on ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders. Responsibilities include managing the sales order process, communicating with clients regarding order changes, and expediting purchase orders when necessary. Additionally, there may be opportunities to provide sales assistance to the Parts Specialist team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately entering order details into the Sales Order system upon receiving orders from customers or the Quoting Team.
- Checking stock availability at the dispatch branch and expediting purchase orders if necessary.
- Keeping customers informed and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Processing client payments when required.
- Attending daily Work In Progress (WIP) meetings.
- Ensuring adherence to the sales process and maintaining process integrity.

- Effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Suite.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Positive and outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
