**PARTS & SERVICE INTERPRETER**

**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for a permanent full time Parts & Service Interpreter to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inbound phone & online sales processing
- Purchasing from our O/S Factories
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders

**You will be responsible for**:

- Identify the make, model, and variations of products from the list of preferred suppliers.
- Identify, locate and source required parts with required urgency to meet customers’ timeframes and expectations.
- Provide pricing and availability via quotes, parts & technical assistance to internal and external customers.
- Provide remote parts support for our parts team within our dealer network throughout Australia & NZ with accurate & timely communications.
- Accurately handle parts receipt and sales our Oracle ERP system

**To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience with demonstrated successes in previous similar roles**:

- Parts experience is preferred
- High level Customer service experience essential.
- Must have a positive and friendly approach, must be a team player.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow things through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills.

**What's on Offer?**

Reporting to the After Sales & Service Director you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services and accurate parts advice and administrative services to Liebherr standards. You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.

**Duties**
- Operate lifting equipment,
- Pick pack and dispatch orders
- Unpack, Receipt and check stock
- Inspect and maintain items
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory
- Carry out monthly cycle counts
- Maintain accurate records, files and reports
- Managing the core return process with site for major components
- Arranging parts - ordering / receipting / inspection and allocation
- Raising sales and Replenishment Orders
- Maintaining component repairs status
- Quoting of components

Expected hours: 38 per week
