**BEST TRACK** is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our team on a full-time basis. The Leading Hand will be responsible for leading and managing a team of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of workers
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Identify and report any safety issues or concerns
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated safely
- Assist with the training and development of team members
- Liaise with management and other departments
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have Fabrication Trade and ideally exotic materials experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Rate and Duration**:

- 55 AUD per hour
- Long-term
- Dayshift
