- Core hours will be 8 hours per day Monday to Friday with opportunity for overtime in busier periods

**Your new role**:
As a Leading Hand at BAE Systems, your duties will be;
- Leading a small team in our Site Services department
- Maintain and improve yard baseline operational layout and cleanliness
- Facilities maintenance
- Forklift operation
- Ensure JHA's are conducted, reviewed, amended and understood by all employees
- Conduct regular site inspections
- General housekeeping

About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you will need the following:

- Proven experience leading team with demonstrated leadership skills
- Facilities maintenance experience
- Marine experience desirable
- Trade Qualification (desirable)
- White Card
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
- An excellent attitude towards safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
