Graduate Clinical Facilitator

Greenslopes Private Hospital has an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Graduate Team on a permanent part-time basis

**About the Role**

As the Clinical Facilitator you will provide clinical education, supervision and support to graduate nurses during their graduate program.

To be successful in this role, you will be an organised and efficient professional with advanced skills in nursing assessment and highly developed clinical problem-solving skills. You will be a positive role model with a natural ability to mentor and support staff with an innovative approach to education delivery.

**Your Essential Skills and Experience**
- Relevant nursing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
- Knowledge of ANMC Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an education/preceptor role advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently where required
- Strong understanding of basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.

**Desirable**
- Post graduate qualifications in Nursing/Clinical Education (or working towards)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment - TAE40116

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from **$49.83 - $53.57 **+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4) [FTE $98,466.81 - $105,858.53]

**Requirements**:
