**CLINICAL FACILITATOR**

Permanent Full-time position available for an enthusiastic Clinical Facilitator to join Greenslopes Private Hospital

**About the Role**:
**As the Clinical Facilitator, you will be an integral member of the clinical team orientating and educating staff at the bedside.**
- **In this role your key responsibilities will also include facilitation department based training and clinical competency assessments across our Medical and Surgical wards as well as providing opportunities and support for the professional development of staff.**:
**To be successful you will have the following**:

- Relevant nursing registration with AHPRA
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
- Postgraduate qualification in Med/Surg Nursing and/or Clinical Education (or working towards)
- Previous experience in an education role advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate
- Positive role model and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Organised, efficient and professional with highly developed clinical problem solving skills and advanced skills in nursing assessment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently where required
- Innovative and flexible approach to education delivery

**Requirements**:
