**Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital team**
- As Clinical Facilitator, you will join the Nursing School team by facilitating our nursing students in our wards. You will orientate and schedule nursing students in our busy clinical areas, liaise with the clinical facilitation coordinator, clinical managers and staff, and tertiary partners. You will be required to work with students and provide regular verbal and written feedback on their performance.**What makes a difference for us?**
- A strong clinical background and knowledge base in clinical areas with a minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate clinical experience
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as instructed
- Demonstrated ability to be a positive role model for students and fellow staff
- Prioritise safety in all aspects of care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable but not required
