Iconic Security Services PTY Ltd require an experienced Operations Manager for the daily running and account management of our corporate and retail section, you must be ready for a new challenge and opportunity. Ideally you will have managed complex and volumed workloads whilst operating in the Security Industry, however applicants from other industry sectors are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to our rapid expansion, you will provide visible leadership to the WA business and work closely with our Regional Operations Manager and General Manager.
Substantial experience providing team leadership and people management to at least 20+ persons
Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational advice to Tier 1 clients and senior management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Engaged customers, providing operational development, supported growth and process innovation across security-based solutions
Built strategic partnerships with customers
Managed and continuously achieved contractual key performance indicators
Strong appreciation for quality processes and Work Health and Safety
Good knowledge of the Security Industry and the Security Services Industry Award (SSIA)
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Provide direct client liaison
Manage front-line operational complexities such as employee training and performance management
Develop detailed Site Operating Procedures
Deliver high quality reports, both internal and external
Drive and support a culture around Work Health and Safety
Provide accurate employee scheduling and account management
**To be considered for this position you must have**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated competencies
Business Degree or similar (desirable) or pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field.
Minimum five (5) years management experience - Essential
WA Security Licence (desirable)
Advanced or Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
