**Your opportunity**

An integral role dedicated to continuous improvement of our business processes. The system analyst is responsible for ensuring our systems follow best practices including access control, quality assurance and data management.

You will be the key point of contact for systems support and work with Enterprise technology in delivering support. The role requires documenting current processes/ requirements and assist Systems and Processes team with SOP framework.

You will be supported by the Business improvement group in prioritizing deliverables including compliance led initiatives. As part of the Systems and processes team, your role has broader remit into system integrations, BI technologies, sales process, revenue assurance, risk & compliance.

**What will set you apart from the rest?**
- 2-3 years of IT experience.
- Tertiary qualification in technology or related discipline.
- Salesforce experience essential
- Demonstrated experience in functional documentation and system training.
- Solid understanding of agile project methodology.
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Demonstrated experiences in Data integrity practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven analytical skills
- Quick in familiarising with new systems and changes.
- Excellent in documenting process flow charts and system architecture.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
