Job Details:
Highly Distinguish Pty Ltd., specialize in IT solutions for customers from critical sectors, such as banking, universities, government, and eCommerce. Design and implement cloud computing, compliance and security review for IT systems. Since the expanding of business, we are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team.

The main duties are as below:

- Liaise with users to conduct requirements gathering, defining scope and objectives for the IT system.
- Analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices of various IT systems to identify system behaviours and inefficiencies and recommend improvements, system changes and modifications.
- Write diagnostic programs to test integrated software and hardware systems.
- using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
- Coordinate with our clients to manage the implementation of updates to their website or app to implement data layer events and changes to the app tracking where required
- acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
2. High level of problem solving skills
3. Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
4. Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
5. At least 5 years relevant experience

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
