How you will make an impact

The Functional Specialist - Admin Applications role is responsible for collaboratively working with key business leads in enhancing system capabilities while providing exceptional information system support for day-to-day activities. In partnering with business leads you will provide the vision for new solutions and work with other technical teams in achieving positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:- Project management duties for small and medium size initiatives where scope, status and risk assessments are to be provided to stakeholders.- Work closely with specialists in Patient Portal, Delegate, C.Gov, WebPAS, Genie, Cyberquery, Medical Director to ensure the effective interoperability of systems

About you- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' current experience in WebPAS- Knowledge of Business Workflows, Healthfund Contracts, and contract loading (preferred)- Functional knowledge of WebServices/Eclipse billing functionality- Experience with Excel, Pivot tables, SQL in creating extracts-
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
