Functional Specialist - Corporate Applications (Chris21)

Permanent full-time position

Hybrid model - Cabrini Corporate Office Hawthorn East & WFH

Salary $120,000 + superannuation

How you will make an impact

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and onsite at the Corporate Office in Hawthorn East.

Key responsibilities- Serve as the internal Chris21 expert, including system configuration and integration.- Support your colleagues to configure, implement and administer our Time & Attendance (Dimensions), HRIS (Workday), and Finance (JDE) systems including integrations as required.- Establish a schedule to monitor, review and plan Chris21 feature releases and supports the assessment of impacts to related systems (e.g. Dimensions, Workday) in coordination with P&C, Payroll, Information Technology (IT).- Lead, plan, and facilitate user training and adoption.

About you-
- System configuration and integration experience.- The maturity to sensitively deal with highly confidential information and data.- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. This includes facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt these to a diverse range of stakeholders and contexts.- Ability to plan, prioritise and ultimately deliver in a busy environment.- Experience using Excel to produce reports and analyse data is essential.- A successful record of achievement in a medium to large sized organisation.
