Tarneit Family Medical and Dental Centre are currently looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to relieve staff holidays/absences. The clinic is open 7 days a week with the opening hours being

Monday - Friday from 8.45am - 9.15pm

Saturday - Sunday from 8.45am - 5.15pm

Public Holidays - 8.45am - 5.15pm

Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

- greeting patients
- answering phone calls
- registering new patients
- booking appointments
- processing payments
- processing Medicare Claims
- scanning documents into Best Practice
- following up on outstanding results and correspondence
- end of day banking
- general administrative duties as required
- experience as a medical receptionist
- excellent communication skills
- experience with Best Practice (preferred)
- current CPR certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
