Processed consultations, bookings and billings

Prioritising telephone and walk in presentations

Above average knowledge of medical terminology. Must be able to learn all Medical reception tasks in first week of job which will be provided in the selection process.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

**Salary**: $17.29 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tarneit, VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Salary**: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tarneit, VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
