**Job Overview**:
We are hiring an experienced Fencing Construction Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high security fencing projects. This role demands expertise in advanced high security fencing systems, concrete earthworks, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of high-security fencing projects, from design to installation.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

Oversee installation of specialized fencing systems, including anti-climb, perimeter intrusion detection, and reinforced barriers.

Conduct site assessments, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

Manage budgets, resources, and schedules while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Lead and train on-site teams, enforcing safety protocols and best practices.

Troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions to meet project demands.

Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience (5+ years) in fencing construction, with a focus on high-security systems. Deep knowledge of materials, techniques, and technologies for secure perimeter solutions (e.g., welded mesh, razor wire, electronic integration).

Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.

Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISO Standards) and local regulations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or construction safety is a plus.
