Our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services team has an opportunity for an exceptional Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Downer team located in Canberra, ACT. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and provide support to the ANU service delivery contract.

The Service Delivery Coordinator role is pivotal to the Downer ANU contract, as you will maintain communications with client, internal stakeholders and external contractors; provide regular updates on all reactive maintenance across the ANU assets, having exceptional customer service skills is essential in your success.

**About You**
- Previous experience within a service delivery role focusing on Facilities Maintenance
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Raising work order tickets on the Work Management Systems
- Assist the helpdesk with overflows
- Respond to all queries on all reactive callouts
- Point of contact to all sub-contractors
- Monitor and communicate with SDPs regarding job clarification, job completion and responding to queries
- Organise and assign Quality Audit checks for work completed by SDPs
- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring work orders are completed within KPIs
- Communicating with internal trades team on job completion and KPI requirements
- Ensure timely escalation of issues or potential KPI risks to the Operations Manager
- Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining positive working relationships with our customers and SDP’s
- Perform other duties as directed, consistent with the classification level of the position
