Our Technical, Advisory, and Capability (TAC) practice and Team Downer (which serves as one of the prime Major Service Providers (MSP)) deliver above-the-line consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs.

This includes engagement with key areas across Defence including Defence Digital Group (DDG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), and the Navy, Army, and Air Force.

To support these consulting services and Integrated Work Packages we are continually seeking skilled Service Delivery & Operations professionals to join our team.

If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:

- Managing end-to-end service delivery across ICT and operational environments
- Leading and coordinating system installations and infrastructure rollouts
- Ensuring compliance with export control regulations and Defence trade controls
- Overseeing contractor performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement activities
- Supporting the planning and execution of complex service delivery operations

Our work is **highly complex and confidential**, applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV2 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions individuals who are dual citizens, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.
- Strong experience Service Delivery & Operations within Defence, government, or professional services.
- **Relevant qualifications or certifications**(e.g., ITIL, ISO standards, or project management credentials)
- Proven experience managing large-scale ICT or infrastructure programs
- Strong knowledge of Defence or government compliance frameworks
- Ability to coordinate cross functional teams and drive high quality service outcomes
