Japanese Speaking Quality Inspector

Currently we are looking for Japanese Speaking Quality Inspector for our client. You'll be part of friendly team of employees and support mainly conducting various inspections such as quality and quantity, stowage and packaging, container, and sampling.

You will play a kep role supporting their inspection services to deliver all the physical inspection duties. No previous experience is required. There will be a full training provided for the position. Japanese language skill is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting inspections according to client requests and specifications.
- To assist in preparing Reports and Certificates according to client specifications with the direction of the Inspection Coordinator.
- To review the work submitted by subcontractors to ensure that the job requirements are satisfied.
- Liaise with customers and parties associated with inspections and requested analysis.
- Maintenance of office Occupational Health and Safety.
- Other duties not related to Inspection, with direction from the Inspection Coordinator.
- To comply against ISO 9001.
- Conduct various inspections such as quality and quantity, stowage and packaging, container, sampling, engineering, verification for microorganism etc.
- Communicate and build good relationship with clients.

**Requirements**:

- No previous experience is required - Full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Validates own thinking with information from relevant and credible sources.
- Good computer and word processing skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, well organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated and goal orientated.
- Own your vehicle (highly suggested)
- Fluent in Japanese language
- Work in the office from Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
- Occassionally weekend /publuc poliday (Weekend/PH rate will be paid)
- Work place arrangement expectation is work in the office 5 days a week
