**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to further expand on CRM skills while receiving hands on support for wider development in all areas of Marketing, assisting in customer acquisition, developing lifecycle programs, customer insights.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Analyse the database**:

- Analyse the database - full deep dive into the data.
- Understand the flow of customer data through the journey from leads to first time buyers and then becoming active. Improve conversion of first to active.

**2. CRM campaigns**
- Identify more advanced and complex opportunities to optimize CRM plan.
- Support on developing the lifecycle marketing activities to deepen customer

engagement and drive growth in key customer metrics.

**3. Digital Marketing**
- Support the strategy for prospecting and CRM ads through the digital marketing

channels.
- Provide CRM segments that paid digital marketing can use to target existing customers and look alike audiences.

**About You**:

- Degree-Level qualification, in Marketing or Marketing-related discipline (or similar)
- Hands-on experience with a Marketing CRM platform
