About the Team

About the role

As CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging CRM to deliver an optimum ROI from our broker engagement and marketing activity. This will be achieved by using data and analytics to learn more about broker behavior, connect more deeply with them to identify opportunity and engage our market at scale, in a cost-effective way. If you enjoy collaborating with colleagues; have a keen interest in analysing data, then this is a role for you.

Once the infrastructure is developed the role will take a leadership position in developing CRM initiatives.

What you need to know

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

- Set the framework for how AIG manages contact data; ensuring data is structured and updated.
- Develop campaigns to engage proactively with our market, to drive greater broker advocacy and engagement.
- Measuring return on investment from marketing and AIG broker events a sponsorships activities.
- Work in partnership with marketing team to develop campaigns that reward and recognise broker partners.
- Actively participate in projects and initiatives that support our growth ambitions regionally and nationally.

What we’re looking for:

- Demonstrated CRM experience in the B2B / intermediated general insurance segment. (Essential)
- CRM experience including online sales, developing, and executing growth campaigns.
- Exceptional resource management and prioritization skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Marketing platform experience Eloqua or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in successfully engaging with multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Experience with campaign set-up and execution.
- Experience or good knowledge of CRM/Direct marketing and segmentation.
- Collaborate with marketing / broker engagement teams to plan and execute broker communications.
- Understanding of databases and data governance as the key business user of Salesforce.
