**The Opportunity**

At MYOB we are focused on solving the problems that matter for our customers. To bring this vision to life we have a dedicated Customer Platforms domain lead by passionate product people that enables our internal stakeholders to deliver the best sales, support, and service experience.

The CRM Functional Analyst (CFA) will work in the functional capabilities of the platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities) and match this with their deep understanding of MYOB business processes to propose and configure solutions that deliver great outcomes for our customers.

Experienced with CRM, including Lightning interface, you're a star at gathering business requirements and being able to develop user stories for a development team. You're passionate about assisting others adopting CRM and Salesforce and training the end user in how to use the system.

**The skills you'll need**
- You are a self-motivated, resourceful and naturally curious individual who uses a creative mind-set to solve problems. You enjoy gaining and sharing information with the team and are able to adapt as needed.
- Experience working with the CRM and salesforce ecosystem at an agile, large-scale, commercial environment.
- Full development lifecycle from design through to deployment.
- Has a solid understanding of agile system of work and understands how to identify areas of improvement and influence change.
- Has worked on a large range of different projects, worked with different teams, so they can bring success and failure examples to assist in increasing the maturity of the teams' system of work.
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment, including iteration and story management.
- Strong organisation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with a range of personnel at all levels of the company.
- Able to translate business requirements to implementation/ technical specifications.
